Never again will you:

This is how you do it:

  1. View the demonstration – click here to view.
  2. Gather all your contact business cards in one place and sort into piles – old contacts,
    personal contacts, current, business contacts, suppliers etc
  3. Load the CD Rom that comes supplied with each Kardeasy scanner in your laptop or P.
    C and install the program – follow the simple instructions and connect Kardeasy
    scanner.
  4. Click on the desktop icon which will open the program and create and name your new
    card contact database -My Contacts - My Business, etc (you can use any name you
    want for your business card contact database).
  5. Add to, delete, or change the names of the folders in the contact database to suit your
    needs (we have set up 10 different folders already for you). You can change the folder
    name, delete or add new folders in seconds – you can have as many different folders
    as you want but we suggest you keep it simple at the start and just set up folders for
    your main contact areas. Later you can easily create new folders and move cards into
    these with a simple mouse click.
  6. Scan cards one after the other (each card takes a few seconds) - scan from one to
    hundreds at a time (we suggest you just scan 5 or 10 at the start to set up the system
    the way you want, and to see how easy it is to use.)
  7. When scanning is finished click to accept cards – the system will recognise each card
    and create a picture of the card together with a full contact record showing all details on
    the cards, name, company, address etc.
  8. Check the details shown for each card, click to select the folder to store the details in,
    and click the tick mark box to accept (verify) that all of the details shown are correct.
    That’s it! - the full card contact details and card picture are now stored in the selected
    folder in your laptop or P.C.
  9. Continue the same process for each card (takes seconds only).
  10. Add new cards one at a time or save and add in batches when convenient.

Now finding a contact is made easy:

  • click on folder and instantly see all the business card contacts in that folder
  • in display view see the card and all of the contact details
  • in list view (useful for large numbers of cards)  quick search by first name, last name or
    company name in a few clicks
  • send emails directly from the contact’s business card with a single mouse click.
  • Use the Kardeasy system to set a reminder call and time for a business card contact
    to make sure you don’t forget to do something important.

If you are a Business Professional billing for services you supply  
then you already know the value of maintaining and growing your
business contact base – that’s why you have a business card –
right?

And you probably hand your cards out at every business meeting
and on many other occasions and receive business cards in
return. What do you do with all of the business cards you receive?
Do you:
  • Leave them on your desk then finally move them into a desk drawer?
