Stock Availability & Dispatch
Despite the fact that we try our very best to keep stocks of what we sell demand can affect
supply. If there's a delay to your order, you'll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival)
via email or phone. Subject to stock availability orders shall be dispatched the following 3-4
days after the receipt of purchase order and payment. All freight costs will be borne by
purchaser. Kardeasy.com will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage or non-
receipt of goods after the goods leave the Kardeasy.com store.

Delivery Address and Contact Details
When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require
  • a physical street address
  • your land-line phone number.

Proof of Delivery
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please email
us: customer@kardeasy.com and we will be happy to send you an emailed copy.

Delivery Insurance
Kardeasy.com will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If insurance is required we suggest you contact your insurance company to ensure your
goods are adequately covered.

Important notes about delivery

  • Postal couriers do not deliver on the weekends and do not ring before coming to
    deliver.
  • Postal couriers will attempt to deliver once only and they do charge an additional fee
    to redeliver your goods.
  • We do recommend using your business address if you can't be home to receive your
    goods.
  • an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the
    goods
  • photo identification may be requested.

Delivery Time Estimates
The delivery times made known to the Customer are estimates only and We shall not be
liable for late delivery or non-delivery. Under no circumstances shall We be liable for any
loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Customer or its customers arising from late or non-
delivery of the goods. The Risk in goods passes to the Customer immediately upon
possession being taken by the Customer or its Agent. Freight will be arranged by Us on
behalf of the Customer at the cost of the Customer and any such carrier shall be deemed to
be the Agent of the Customer. The Customer may request insurance for the delivery and
incur the relative costs involved.

Delivery Costs
Costs for delivery are shown on the checkout page, however We reserve the right to request
further delivery payments before dispatching the order.

Returns
Only faulty goods are accepted for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to research the
compatibility and functionality of all goods prior to purchase.

Warranty
All goods come shipped with a Manufacturers Warranty. The warranty period is for twelve(12)
months from the date of purchase. Kardeasy.com is not responsible for the damage of
goods through misuse or improper handling. The customer is required to contact Kardeasy.
com directly for warranty related issues, including obtaining a Return Authorisation number.
The Manufacturers Warranty is only provided for the first 12 months of the warranty on a return
to base basis.

Returning Product for Service or Replacement

  1. An RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained from our customer service
    department before any goods are returned.
  2. The RA number must be clearly written on the shipping label and a copy of the
    original invoice must be supplied when ever possible.
  3. All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair, replacement or credit are
    your responsibility.
  4. Warranty on all equipment will be the manufacturers warranty and at the
    manufacturers discretion.
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to
    prevent damage during return shipping. You must not write on or attach labels to the
    product being returned.
  6. We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to insure
    them.
  7. We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays or without a clearly marked RA
    number.
  8. If an RA number can't be identified Kardeasy.com will be unable to accept delivery of
    the returned goods.
  9. An RA number does not guarantee credit, repair or replacement. It is simply an
    authorisation to return goods to us.

Returning Faulty Goods

  1. All faulty goods that are returned are required to have a Return Authorisation (RA)
    Number. Goods that are faulty must be exchanged within 7 days.
  2. RA number can be obtained through e-mailing Kardeasy.com.
  3. On return of the goods the RA number must be clearly visible on a label outside the
    box (do not write on the box), if no RA number is visible the goods will be directly
    returned to the customer at their expense.
  4. We accept no responsibilities for any goods lost or damaged during transit.
  5. If a product is returned as faulty and found not faulty, the customer will incur a fee of
    AUD$35 (no-fault fee).

Returning Product for Credit

  1. An RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained from Kardeasy.com before
    any goods are returned.
  2. Software is non-refundable once opened.
  3. Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to
    ensure they are what you require as we do not supply goods on a trial basis.
  4. Also please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to
    ensure that they will work in your system as we take no responsibility that they will
    meet your requirements. We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice.
  5. Items that are being returned for credit MUST be unopened in their original
    undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of a minimum of
    30%. No credit is available for any freight paid.
  6. No goods will be accepted for refund or credit after 7 days from the date of invoice.
  7. Please also note that incompatibility is NOT a fault. We cannot ensure what you
    purchased is compatible with what you have existing computer or system.
